Q: What's so special about Suzie Saxx?
A: We’re so glad you asked. For starters, our bags are not your typical 1 – 2 oz. mass produced bags, such as the ones found at your local store. Our bags are made out of a very durable 10 – 12oz. 100% cotton. This means that they don’t stretch out of shape and tear. They wash really well (they don't shrink, fade or pill) & last for years and years. Have we mentioned they're unique and each is one of a kind? Our bags are very proudly made in Ontario, Canada. Ultimately reducing our impact on Mother Nature by reducing fuel consumption and possible environmental harm from overseas shipping.
Q: What kind of paint do you use?
A: We use Tulip soft fabric paint. It’s non-toxic and conforms to ASTM D-4236. Please contact duncancrafts.com for more information.
Q: What if I want my own design on a bag?
A: We are more than happy to take special orders! Please check out the Special Orders Page for some ideas. If you would like your company logo on one of our bags, please contact us. Please note that we can not and will not reproduce licenced characters, logos, etc. Eg. Mickey Mouse, Hannah Montana, Green Bay Packers, etc.
Q: How do you wash them?
A: One of the great things about Suzie Saxx is that no matter how often you wash them (and usually you can just spot clean with a damp cloth) they will retain their shape and durability. They are best washed in cold wash on a gentle cycle. You can then just lay them flat to dry.
